Avenue B is set to get a new apartment building, EV Grieve reported. On the lot at 26 Avenue B, between 2nd and 3rd street, a six-story building is slated to rise. According to Curbed, Croxley Ales’ beer garden formerly occupied the lot. The building will house eight units, though it remains unclear if they will be rentals or condos.
