The Broome, a new 14-room boutique hotel by Jean Claude lacovelli, Stephane lacovelli and Vincent Biotier is slated to open in a newly-refurbished building in Soho.
The four story building at 431 Broome Street, dilapidated before recently undergoing a $6 million renovation led by architects James Anzalone and Thomas Tsue, will open just in time for Valentine’s Day on Feb. 14.
Rates for the hotel will regularly start at $300 per night but will be on offer for $260 per night until April 1, Curbed reported. [Curbed] — Julie Strickland
