Kenneth Himmel, the head of Related Urban, the mixed-use development division of Related Companies, has sold his Time Warner Center apartment for $13.8 million, the New York Observer reported. Himmel first listed the three-bedroom, 67th floor spread in 2010 for $15 million, although a year later was asking more than $18 million, the Observer said.
