295 Hicks Street
Several new single-family buildings are coming to a development site at 295 Hicks Street in the Brooklyn Heights Landmark District.
According to Buzzbuzzhome, three single-family, four-story townhouses will rise at what is currently a parking lot. The developer, which is an LLC affiliated with SDS Procida, filed applications for the project on February 5th. The architect of record is Nikolai Katz Architect.
