Talk show host Kelly Ripa has listed her 76 Crosby Street duplex condominium penthouse for a cool $24.5 million, Curbed reported. The listing is a co-exclusive between Adam Modlin of the Modlin Group and an unidentified Douglas Elliman broker. Ripa and husband, Mark Consuelos, began quietly marketing their penthouse in the summer of 2010. They purchased the unit in 2005 for $9.5 million. The couple did a two-year renovation of the home.
