The West Village’s much anticipated and controversial luxury condominium project 150 Charles Street has hit the market, Curbed reported. The Witkoff Group revealed pricing and floor plans for eight of the building’s 98 units. Prices range from $4.2 million for a two-bedroom, 1,577-square-foot unit, to $8.95 million for a four-bedroom, 3,956-square-foot unit.
