Extending his dominion in the East Village, Jared Kushner has picked up a $28.8 million portfolio of 55 apartment and five retail properties in two in-contract deals, the New York Post Reported. The properties were purchased from Icon Realty Management’s Terrence Lowenberg and Todd Cohen, and include 325 East 10th Street on Tompkins Square Park, as well as the nearby 329, 331, 333 and 335 East 9th Street.
